Isaw street foods
Because today is summer, they have many street vendors you seen in the street, like isaw vendor, halohalo vendors, palamig vendors and a lot more. All of this is very popular in the Philippines specially isaw. Isaw is a street food from the Philippines; it’s made from barbecue pig or chicken intestines. The intestines are cleaned, turned inside out, and cleaned again, repeating the process several times. Aside from the intestines they have a skin or taba ng baboy, dugo and chicken heads (ulo ng manok). They are then either boiled, then grilled, or immediately grilled on sticks. They are usually dipped in vinegar with onions, peppers, and other spices then eaten. They are usually sold by vendors on the street corners in afternoons.
Because my neighbor is a vendor of isaw, I also bought her every afternoon because I like the taste of her sauce and suka or vinegar. The one stick of isaw (intestines) is cost of 5 pesos only, taba is 10, heads of chicken is 10, blood (dugo) is 5 only and hotdog is cost of 12 pesos. My neighbors have many costumers just because of the good taste of sauce and vinegar because this is the one important in isaw foods. And today I seen her additional products they have fried rice. My hubby tried to bought taba and hotdog with fried rice. Actually this is our dinner time hehe, so success. I know some of you are like to eat isaw because this is very affordable and have a good taste.
She needs to replace drum sticks
I have a friend who is a band member and she is a drummer of their group. She always invited me to watch their show every time she perform and I‘ll be there together with my hubby. We are really proud of her and I also treat her like my sister. Every beat of her drums they have many fans to support her just because she has a good personality. She has a good performer but she asked me she need to replace her old drum sticks to maintain the good quality of the drum. And I told her to buy online store because they have more different kind and quality she found. And aside from that I think she really enjoys shopping via online because of a wide store and just easy to buy.
BUCO SALAD ICE CANDY
Because today is summer, I just want to make buco salad ice candy. And this is perfect this summer vacation because Filipinos love cold snacks like Halo-halo or Banana con yelo for they are easy to make and are definitely delicious. Buko salad ice candy have that refreshing summer effect with its shredded melt in your mouth and the young coconut morsels scattered in that creamy frozen luscious sweet milky mix. When summer is hot there is no better way to beat it but by eating cold stufs. Kids and adults on the other hand enjoy ice-candy. Anyway here are the ingredients of buco salad ice candy.
Ingredients
1 300ml Alaska condensed milk
1 300ml Alaska evap.
1 250ml. Alaska all
purpose cream
2 cup fresh buko strips
1 836 grams today’s fruit cocktail
1 cup buko juice
½ kl. white sugar
¼ cassava flour
Procedure:
1. Mix everything in a big bowl.
2. Taste the sweetness to determine if you want to add more or less sugar.
3. Pour them with the help of your funnel on your ice-candy bags.
4. Freeze them for at least 24 hours.

New Sleepwear
Vince really excited to his new sleepwear. The one set of sleepwear is cost of 300 pesos in Pacific Mall. I also choose color orange because the available color is red and pink so I just bought this orange color for him. And in the evening, he wants to wear it even I don not washes it. So I forgive him, and he asked me mama take me a picture hehe, so cute. So he just makes a different pose beside of her basketball hope. Here’s the photo below!
The Best TV Stands
TV appliances is the one most important to our home because you just watching to update about news, issues, showbiz, teleserye and many more. We have a 21 inches TV in our small abode it is almost 10 years, but the picture and sound is good it means there’s no problem about the features. But our home is small my hubby have plan to buy new flat screen TV because today they have a multiple monitor mount stand for the flat screen TV and it is fits to our living room. Aside from that it helps to become wide and easy to clean my house.
Well, every time that we went to the mall my hubby dropped by to the appliance center to inquire and to choose the good brand of flat screen TV.
SUPER TIPID KALAN
My Hubby, Vince and I went to Pacific Mall Lucena last Sunday. At the ground floor of the mall have a super tipid kalan for sale. The saleslady promotes their product demonstration to all the customers who stopped by in front of their store. We are belongs to them my hubby and I has really curios about the product because it is very easy to use. We bought one for the cost of 200. And about the fuel, we bought the one bottle of denature alcohol. My hubby tried to cook the fried banana to test the quality of kalan. Successful, according to my hubby, because it likes the gas stove. Aside from that you need kalan during emergency, outing, swimming and many more because it small and easy to carry.
Exercise is good to our health
Today exercises like aerobics, swimming, cycling, rowing, jogging or fun run and yoga are very in demand to reduce the weight and to have a sexy body, to maintain the beautiful shape of the body and aside from that exercise gives more benefits on our body. By the way, I have an experience about the yoga exercise last year together with my close friend. After office hours we went to the gym and just do it the yoga exercise but we did not experience the best yoga mat or any yoga accessories. I think if they have this we really comfortable and satisfied during our exercises. And for sure they need more customers for being safe and comfortable while doing yoga exercise.
Anyway, today yoga exercise are very in demand specially to the ladies because it makes the body more flexible, it helps for being relax, to feel fitter, energetic, be happier and peaceful. And except the yoga they have many health benefits from other exercises.
Caimito Fruit
Are you familiar with the caimito fruit? In our hometown, caimito is called star apple, it is round shape. When it is ripe, it has smooth bright violet or green skin and will have one to four ovate seeds inside.And the inside of the fruit is translucent and white. It has a creamy and jelly-like texture and its taste is similar to the sapodilla — a sweet caramel custard. By the way they have a two different color of caimito when it is ripe they have a green and violet. But in our hometown we are very familiar in violet color.
Anyway the photo below is the caimito came from my father in our farm. He gave me four pieces but I also shot one piece only because the other I also eaten :-). By the way the health benefits of this fruit for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. A decoction of the bark is given for dysentery. It is also reported to be tonic and refreshing. The latex is used as a resolutive in abscesses and, dried, as a drastic anthelmintic, capable of expelling or destroying parasitic worms. The bitter seed is useful as a tonic (1 to 1.5 grains), for diarrhea (2.5 grains every 2 hours), and for intermittent fevers (3 to 8 grains every 2 hours).
