Zumba Dance

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “beto” Perez during the 1990s. This is involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba Fitness, an organization that sells Zumba videos and products, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.

Anyway, as a Vice President of homeowner’s association in our Village, our co officers have planned to makes Zumba dance activities. Zumba dance is a good exercise especially for those who are high blood pressure and don’t have any exercise. We have a scheduled of this activities on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or MWF and Sunday for those who are not available for MWF. Hopefully they have much people to join this activity.

I LOVE WORK OUT

Work out is good for our health. Last year my friend and I were also active to work out. Our schedule is MWF or Monday, Wednesday and Friday after office hour. At the first time to try it; the gym instructor gave us the program. First, he teach us warm up and then the yoga fitness. It‘s hard for me at the first time, but it’s becomes easier if we exercise regularly. I love work out because during that time my asthma did not attack and I have always a good health condition. Actually my mind is always active and no stress all the time. Aside from that I was really enjoy the yoga fitness. And I believe that work out and yoga is good for our health. Anyway, during the yoga session we don’t have any theraband at yogadirect or any safety equipment to use, I just think many times, why the gym did not issue or offers to wear this equipment to the customer. This is very important because this is the first need of the customer for their safety. As of now, I stopped work out, but I have a plan to continue it again.

PACQUIAO VS. MARQUEZ 4- Juan Manuel Marquez defeats Manny Pacquiao in 6th rounds

This is the 4th time rematch of Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao Vs. Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegaz, Nevada. My hubby encourages me to watch in Quezon Convention Center in Lucena City. This is the first time to watch in this place. When we entered the entrance it has full of people inside, and we already sit in on the top. I will take the photo, and you can see how many people waiting for the fight and a lot of people supports for our Pambansang Kamao Manny Pacquiao. But what will happen to Manny Pacquiao? All fans of Manny Paquiao all over the world do not imagining Juan Manuel Marquez defeats him by spectacular knockout in 6th rounds.

Anyway, Manny Pacquiao was facing Juan Manuel Marquez for the 4th time in their careers. Pacquiao knockdown when Marquez wings a left hook and it’s blocked. In 6 rounds on their fight Juan Manuel Marquez stunned Manny Pacquiao, with a straight right hand at the end of this round to finally beat Pacquiao for the first time in 4 attempts.

Even Manny was lost it didn’t change the fact. For me Manny Pacquaio/Pacman is the best pound fighter of the world.

 

Waiting for Pacquiao vs. Bradley’s fight

Today is the day when People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao vs Timothy Bradley happens live via Sopcast Channels.  People are busy waiting their fight, the battle is start in a few hours. Many people acquire pay-per-view to watch the fight of the two boxers and more of their fans are bought the ticket for SM cinema pay per view.  The surrounding area is very quiet, there’s no people around, no passenger’s jeep, no passenger’s tricycle, because they also waiting for the fight of the two boxers. Everyone is excited to this battle.

Manny Pacquiao is a very popular as world champion and the reigning WBO welterweight titles, while Timothy Bradley is the undefeated junior welterweight champion.  The world is waiting for Pacquiao vs. Bradley’s fight. Good luck to both of them!

FUN RUN, takbo para sa libro….

This is my first time to join a fun run, although jogging and aerobics are one of my sport. The one reason why I join the fun run because my hubby invites me to join this, because of his company is compulsory to join this fun run. The registration fee is cost P450-16k, P350-10k, P250-5k and P200 for 3k. It started in SM City Lucena at 4:45am assembly time. The topic is Takbo Para sa Libro, run for the future…..give them a chance. This fun run helps and supports the students.

Fun run is the one good running exercise that gives benefits to the body like it strengthens the heart, it lowers blood pressure, it increases lung capacity, it conditions muscles, it regulates the bowel; for the mind benefits it r educes stress, it diminishes depression, it encourages focus, and it develops confidence.

Anyway some of the sponsors like the silver swan give a kit to all the participants. And the pocari sweat is a mineral water that drunk everyone after the fun runs.
