I really glad because in our place is not affected the flood because the other nearest places is also affected the Jolina’s typhoon. Well, after one month is also ber month, and we know that this is Christmas is coming. You can feel the cold and bad weather condition. Anyway, just because of the rainy days hubby cooked the macaroni soup for our snack. Although its rainy day hubby bought 1 pc, of chicken and ingredients of macaroni soup, near in the market. Hubby is a kind person, and after he cooked the macaroni soup he also prepared disposable cups and according to him he gives the all customer in our computer shop. This is not the first time he did to our customer. I think this is the bright idea to encourage more customers in our shop. Good job hubby!

MACARONI SOUP

One of the foods I like to eat during the cold season is the soup (sopas). Last week I cooked the soup during rainy day. I do not know how to make this soup I was watching the youtube as my guide. By the help of youtube my worked has done and succeeds :-). Here is my simple recipe!

Ingredients :

1 carrot, chopped
150 g. pork
100 g. elbow macaroni
1 onion, chopped
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 knorr pork cubes
2 c. of full cream milk
1/8 c. chopped onion leaves
salt and pepper
Vegetable oil or olive oil

Cooking procedure :

Put oil in a saucepan or casserole then heat until frothy. Add the pork and cook over medium-high heat until the meat starts to brown. Add the chopped onion and carrot. Continue cooking until the onion is soft. Pour in the meat broth. Then add the salt and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil. Add the macaroni, cook, stirring, until the broth boils again. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the macaroni is done. Pour in the milk then put the cabbage add the knorr chicken cubes. Cook until the milk is heated through. Transfer to a soup bowl. Sprinkle the chopped onion leaves on top just before serving.
