Last week I already attended the seminar at Camella homes office in Star Mall, Show Boulevard, Manila. After our seminar, my friend was picked me up to eaten snack at Starbucks coffee in Shangli La Mall. We just ordered oatmeal 2 peaces of cookies for the amount of 65 pesos each, and two white chocolate for the amount of 145 each. I love the snacks together with my friend Mitch and she is my previous office mate. I really miss my friend.
After attending novena and mass in St. Anne Church at Malicboy, Quezon my hubby and I decided to eat dinner at Antigua Restaurant, Lucena City. Before we ordered the food Vince requested to buy his favorite Siopao. Siopao is a popular food item in the Philippines and they have 2 flavors which are bola-bola or asado with additional dipping sauce. The literary meaning of siopao is steamed buns.
Siopao is very popular here in the Philippines, and you can see the Vendor siopao some of the street and other restaurant as their additional food like in mall or food court. Anyway, Vince likes to eat siopao, when the first time he tastes it and every time that we go outside he requested to buy siopao. He is the one favorite food to eat, picture picture before eating 🙂 . Yum yum yum!
Recently, I cooked tuna pasta, Actually cooking is not my passion but I also tried to cooked with my own recipe. Because I don’t know what is our snack or merienda that time, I tried to cook this food. I also put the pasta in the casserole, then boiled for 15-20 minutes with 2tablespoon of olive oil, after that I also transferred to the sink casserole. The procedure that I prepared is I also sautéed in olive oil the garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and then I also add the hotdog and tuna flakes in oil. It depends on you the flavor of tuna; I also choose the flakes in oil only for Vince. Anyway, off course I will never forget the magic sarap ingredients. And then you can try to taste the food if it is perfect or you like the taste you just be ready for merienda time.
