Hallowed be Thy Name.

as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Its Rainy Day

When I woke up in the morning I feel the cold and rainy weather. Just because they have another typhoon name Jolina. I really glad because in our place is not affected the flood because the other nearest places is also affected the Jolina’s typhoon. Well, after one month is also ber month, and we know that this is Christmas is coming. You can feel the cold and bad weather condition. Anyway, just because of the rainy days hubby cooked the macaroni soup for our snack. Although its rainy day hubby bought 1 pc, of chicken and ingredients of macaroni soup, near in the market. Hubby is a kind person, and after he cooked the macaroni soup he also prepared disposable cups and according to him he gives the all customer in our computer shop. This is not the first time he did to our customer. I think this is the bright idea to encourage more customers in our shop. Good job hubby!

THE EFFECT OF TYPHOON PABLO

I would like to sympathize with the victims of typhoon Pablo. We all know that many of our countrymen were affected and died. I am so sad what will happen to our country because the Christmas is fast approaching but they have many people lost their assets and their families. I was watching the news update everyday about the typhoon Pablo and many of the body unknown and lost. The typhoon Pablo is like the typhoon Ondoy that most affected part happens in Manila and some parts of the Philippines while typhoon Pablo is in Mindanao affected part area. Anyway I want to say thank you Lord because in our area we are not affected by the storm. We will also pray for those affected countrymen.

The monsoon winds

Monsoon is locally known as habagat, according to wikipedia it is traditionally defined as a seasonal reversing wind accompanied by corresponding changes in precipitation, but is now used to describe seasonal changes in atmospheric circulation and precipitation associated with the asymmetric heating of land and sea.

Well, here in the Philippines we see, feel and suffer from monsoon wind or hanging habagat and flooding cause of heavy rain. Some areas here in the Philippines today are affected because of this climate. Manila is the number one affected area in the Philippines. Other people are died and many more have been left homeless and dispossessed due to the calamity. In some places of the Philippines, floods and landslide are happens during heavy rains. Thousands of the family being affected are stays in Evacuation Center. Many of our countrymen can share their clothes, food, cash and other basic necessities.

Anyway, thank you Lord because we have not experienced this kind of tragedy in our towns. And let us pray for all the areas and family’s affected.

TYPHOON BUTCHOY ATTACKS IN THE PHILIPPINES

Last June 14, another typhoon attacked our country. It was named as typhoon Butchoy, this is the second typhoon entered in the Philippines this year. There are many places affected by the said typhoon. According to PAGASA, it spotted “Butchoy” 500 kilometers east-southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar. It has maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kph. Also a landslide and flash flood prone area, as it is nearest to the slow-moving storm. The other affected area, are Casiguran, Aurora, Basco, Batanes. The areas that will mostly be affected are the Ilocos provinces, Aurora, Cagayan, parts of Quezon and the Cordilleras. The residents in sea communities in Catanduanes and Mindoro have begun taking their boats further inland in preparation for the strong waves or possible storm surges caused by Butchoy.

Anyway, one of the most tragic things happened was in the place of El Nido, Palawan when the ship MV Josiel II sank in the middle of the storm. The tourists in Palawan are affected because of this accident; some of their scheduled are postponed. Aside from the tourists, the sea is affected if the many passengers people and carabao animals putrid because many of them are missing. Based on the Task Force, the all dead animals give the air pollution that cause of rain acid, and more of the plant, building will become destroy. I am thankful because my town is not affected by typhoon Butchoy.

TYPHOON SENDONG MOST AFFECTED AREA

Here in the Philippines, Iligan City, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete and Negros Occidental are the most affected area of typhoon Sendong, As of this time more than 900 bodies was found dead and hundreds are still missing. Many of the houses were washed out and the bodies were displaced. For now there’s no supply of water and electricity in some affected places based on TV patrol news on ABS CBN. Everyday more and more dead bodies are found. The dead bodies are already decaying and hard to identify. Funerals won’t accept dead bodies or decaying bodies because of the availability of caskets.

One of the reasons why this kind of calamity happens is because of continues illegal logging. Our kababayan’s (our fellow countrymen) and other countries are willing to help the victims of Sendong. They send their help through ABS CBN Sagip Kapamilya, GMA Kapuso Foundation and other foundations are welcome to accept cash or in kind donations to all affected in typhoon Sendong. Drop-off donations such as bottled water, food, blankets, and clothes are welcome. You can drop by to LBC branches near you and send your donations, they will bring your donations for free.
